We are delighted to welcome Aoife Teehan to the Allagi team as a Senior Consultant responsible for advising clients on all aspects of organisation design.
Aoife brings almost 20 years’ experience of successfully managing the people aspects of change projects during times of rapid growth, downsizing, business transformation and culture change. As a senior member of PwC’s People and Change team she led large assignments for many leading Irish and international clients across a number of sectors. Aoife also spent some years as Head of Organisation Design at AIB at a time of significant transformation for the Bank, where she translated business strategy into operating models, organisation designs and workforce planning models. Most recently, she was interim Head of Organisational Development at the Central Bank of Ireland.
As a business Allagi has experienced very strong demand over the last 18 months as clients adapt their operating models and organisation designs to address key business priorities – changing customer behaviour; enhancing digital capabilities; expansion in chosen markets and increasing efficiencies. Hybrid working models and their design present heretofore unimagined challenges and many clients are seeking to build additional resilience and agility into their business models. We are passionate about ‘designing with intent’ as we work with our clients to examine their operating models, understand their value drivers and ensure their workforce is organised and structured appropriately to realise their strategic ambitions.
